RETURNS
We offer returns on full priced items only. Returns are subject to the following conditions:
- The garment is returned within 7 days of receiving your order at the customer's cost.
- Garments are in a saleable condition. Only items in original condition with tags attached, unworn, undamaged, unaltered or unwashed are eligible for return.
Please download, print and complete this return form (click on the words "return form") and return this with your packing slip and garment/s to PO Box 651, Malvern Vic. 3144, Australia.
Please note, shipping fees and taxes are not refundable.
SALE ITEMS
Sale items and items purchased using a discount/coupon code are non-refundable unless deemed faulty. (Any item with a reduced price is a SALE item). Once a sale item has been purchased the transaction is final.
SPEND & SAVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
Discount is applied automatically at checkout.
Only Spend & Save items in order are are eligible for exchange of size at customers expense to us and back to the customer.
All sales are final - no refunds or credits due to discount.
FAULTY ITEMS
Each item is carefully inspected before an order is sent, however, should a garment arrive in a less-than-perfect condition, the cost of the garment and your postage costs will be refunded after the item has been returned by the customer at their cost and assessed by our quality control team.
Please contact our Customer Care team at hello@ziggydenim.com to notify us of any issue and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
When returning a faulty item you will need to include a completed online return form (enclosed in your delivery parcel) and a copy of your postage receipt.
Due to health and safety reasons, all returned items must be in a clean and hygienic condition. An unwashed item will not be assessed. And it will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for postage to have the item returned to them. Please be mindful that if our quality control team deems the item not to be faulty, to have been tampered with or in an unacceptable condition, the item will not be refundable. Ziggy Denim will notify the customer and it will be their responsibility to arrange and cover the cost the return of the item to themselves.
Provided that nothing within these terms in any way seeks to limit or oust the operation of any consumer guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.

INCORRECT ITEM
If you wish to exchange an item or size it is the customers responsibility to arrange and cover the cost for the shipping of the item to us and back to themselves.
REFUNDS
Once the garment has been inspected and approved, the purchase amount will be credited back to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear back into your account.
Ziggy Denim will not reimburse or compensate for lost packages. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you have changed your mind and would like to cancel an order, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Please note that orders which have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.
ACCURACY
We do our best to represent all of our products as true to life as possible. If you find that the product is not as you expected, you can choose to return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Postage costs incurred when returning the item will not be reimbursed.
GENERAL LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ziggy Denim, its proprietor, officers, servants, agents, successors and assigns be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of product, or consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage suffered as a consequence of use of this website, placement of an order or purchase of a product, howsoever arising. This cannot be included as it breaches a Consumer Guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.
