STOCKTAKE 2017

Our warehouse will be closed for Stocktake from June 28th to June 30th. Orders placed during this period will be shipped out on Monday July 3rd.

 

DELIVERY POLICY

Ziggy Denim accepts Visa, MasterCard and Paypal only.

Delivery Policy applies to online store orders ONLY. This policy does not apply to any other Ziggy Denim store locations.

AUSTRALIA

Ziggy Denim offers free standard delivery within Australia on all orders priced at $100 and above. Orders $99 and under will incur a $10 delivery charge. We aim to have your order delivered within 7 working days however depending on your address it may take up to 10 days. Please refer to your tracking number for updates on your order and contact us at info (at) ziggydenim.com with any issues.

When your order has been dispatched you will receive your invoice and tracking number via email, Please see http://auspost.com.au/ for more information. Where possible orders will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. Please be sure to indicate your daytime delivery address.

Currency is in Australian Dollars (AUD) only.

NEW ZEALAND

Ziggy Denim offers a flat rate of $20 AUD (Standard Delivery) or $40 AUD (Express Delivery) to ship to New Zealand. Your order should be delivered within 5-10 working days; however please be aware that there may be further delays beyond our control due to customs.

Orders will be processed the following business day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends and (Aus) holidays will be processed the next business day. Ziggy Denim offers a flat rate of $30 AUD (Standard Delivery) or $40 AUD (Express Delivery) to ship internationally. Your order will be delivered within 10-14 working days, depending on your country of residence.

All shipping on international orders regardless of reason is at the purchasers cost.

PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

Please keep in mind that delays may occur when a public holiday falls during your delivery period, especially between Christmas and New Year. 

AVAILABILITY

Occasionally unforeseen demand or supply issues may result in stock being unavailable. Availability of products is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available we will notify you (via email or telephone) in a timely manner. Ziggy Denim uses the postal services provided by Australia Post for local, interstate and International delivery.

Ziggy Denim will not be responsible for delivery outside the time lines provided in circumstances where the delay is caused by matters out of its control.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns Policy applies to online store orders ONLY.

ONLINE RETURN FORM

 

Return the item with the form. 

Refunds must be applied for within 7 days of purchase unless the item is faulty. Only items in perfect, unworn condition, with all tags attached are eligible for refund.

Once the garment has been inspected and approved, the purchasing amount will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card or account.

Ziggy Denim will not reimburse or compensate for lost packages. We have the right to deny a refund if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

SALE ITEMS 

Sale items are any item with a reduced sale price. If you have purchased a sale item that is the incorrect size or requires an exchange, please return it within 7 days of receiving the item with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel).

Once the item is received and has undergone a quality control check to ensure the item has not been worn and that the tags are still in place, you will be given the chance to exchange the item for a different size or a credit that may be redeemed at our online store. 

The cost of posting your item back will not be refunded. 

Sale items and items purchased using a discount/coupon code are non-refundable. (Any item with a reduced price is a SALE item). Once a sale item has been purchased the transaction is final. 

INCORRECT SIZE

If you have purchased an item that is the incorrect size, please return it within 7 days of receiving the item with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel).

The item will undergo a quality control check to ensure the item has not been worn and that the tags are still in place.

If you would like to exchange for a different size, please indicate on the 'Online Return Form' the size you would like us to send you.

If you would like a refund, please indicate on the 'Online Return Form' and you will be refunded the total cost of the item. Sale items and items purchased using a discount/coupon code are non-refundable. 

The cost of posting your item back will not be refunded.

WRONG ITEM

If you have received an incorrect item, please return with a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel) and a copy of your postage receipt. Your postage costs will be refunded and the correct item will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each item is carefully inspected before an order is sent, however should a garment arrive in less-than-perfect condition, it will be refunded free of any extra postal charge. When returning a faulty item you will need to include a completed ONLINE RETURN FORM (enclosed in your delivery parcel) and a copy of your postage receipt.

If Ziggy Denim deems the item to be faulty, we will refund the total cost of the item as well as any postage fees. Refunds will be made within 10 days of receiving the faulty item. Please be mindful that if our quality control team deems the item not to be faulty or to have been tampered with, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to arrange the return of the item.

Due to health and safety reasons, all items must be clean for the item to be refunded. If the item is returned in an unacceptable condition Ziggy Denim will notify the customer and it will be their responsibility to organise the items return.

Provided that nothing within these terms in any way seeks to limit or oust the operation of any consumer guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.

ACCURACY

We do our best to represent all of our products as true to life as possible. If you find that the product is not as you expected, then you are able to return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving the item. Postage costs incurred when returning the item will not be reimbursed.

GENERAL LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall Ziggy Denim, its proprietor, officers, servants, agents, successors and assigns be liable for any property damage, personal injury, loss of use, loss of product, or consequential, indirect or incidental loss or damage suffered as a consequence of use of this website, placement of an order or purchase of a product, howsoever arising. This cannot be included as it breaches a Consumer Guarantee contained within the Australian Consumer Law.
